This is a good example of a photo that lacks composition or really much interest. At this time of year, these hedges are absolutely crammed with blooms. English Laurel is great because it never exceeds about 3.5 to 4 feet in height. It would seem impossible to get a good shot of even one stalk of flowers as there are so many and on this particular one it is perhaps the best that could be done.
