Ah, yellow! Absolutely the color of spring itself: cheerful and happy. Makes you feel good just to look at it. This is especially true of the iris with all it's frilly decadence is a little silly but beautiful in any color! You feel happy just looking at them and that is a pretty good trait in a flower.
